2 November — The tapas contest

The competition takes place at the Palau de Congressos in Palma, where chefs present their best small plates to judges and visitors alike. It is the highlight of the festival and a great way to taste a wide range of styles in one place.

4–8 November — Gastronomic route

During these five days, participating restaurants across the city open their doors with special creations inspired by Mallorcan produce and modern techniques. Visitors can plan their own route from one kitchen to the next.
