Opera & Dinner at Grand Hotel Son Net is an elegant evening that brings together live opera and a refined tasting menu in one of Mallorca's most storied estates. Evening programme

Guests gather in the hotel's original 17th-century courtyard as the evening opens with a welcome drink and the first arias. The performance unfolds through the night, with the dinner service woven between musical sets.

Dinner service

The kitchen, led by Executive Chef Sergi Olmedo, presents a menu built on Mallorcan produce, much of it grown in the hotel's own gardens and orchards, with ingredients sourced locally.
