Any Blai Bonet Centenary

The Consell de Mallorca marks the centenary of Blai Bonet's birth with "Una veu plena de nius", a year of around thirty literary and artistic events run by the Fundació Mallorca Literària. It is a chance to rediscover one of the great voices of Catalan literature written on the island.

20 March — Dia Mundial de la Poesia: "Vers en ruta"

A poetic walk through Santanyí with an itinerant recital that ends at the Casa Blai Bonet poetry centre.

18 & 19 July — Central centenary act

Two evenings featuring Toni Gomila, Sílvia Bel and Jaume Madaula, with music by Magalí Sare and Sebastià Gris.

10 December — Closing session

The final event takes place in the Sala de Plens of the Consell de Mallorca.
