José Miguel Gaona Cartolano, a doctor in medicine and psychiatry from the Complutense University of Madrid, examines how the brain shapes decisions. He is a specialist in non-invasive brain stimulation from Harvard University, an honorary professor at Rey Juan Carlos University, and a visiting professor at Laurentian University in Canada. He is also a familiar face on Spanish television.

The talk is titled "La empresa empieza en la cabeza" ("The business starts in the head") and covers neuroscience, emotions and decision-making.
